I’m Jenny. I love making music with others, especially through group singing, to spread joy, build confidence and bring people together.
Our voices have immense power to connect us to each other and the world around us. My musical leadership is all about support and inclusivity, warmth and playfulness. For everyone no matter what your singing experience or ability, I hope I can help you create beautiful resonant sounds with other people and get more from your own voice.
I’ve studied voice for over a decade with a number of brilliant and inspiring singing teachers and choir leaders and I’m an active member of the Natural Voice Practitioner’s Network.
I’ve been active in Bristol’s music scene for many years. As well as leading singing groups, I play flute, mandolin, ukulele and piano. I’m currently performing with the gypsy jazz trio Djammy Dodgers, I’ve been a vocalist and mandolinist with trio Other Tongues, and I also did a stint conducting the wonderful Bristol Fantasy Orchestra from 2012 – 2015.
Just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic folk singing workshop this weekend; one of the End of the Road highlights for me!

Jenny is a sensitive and warm choir leader, her clear demonstrations and strong arrangements made her a big hit with my choir. She is organised and unflustered and her voice has a beautiful tone.
